Engie's stakes in NuGen sold to Toshiba
NuGeneration is now solely owned by the Japanese electronics conglomerate Toshiba. The electronics company finished the purchase of French utility Engie’s 40% stake after it exerted its right to ask Toshiba to buy all stakes held by Engie in NuGen.

NuGen to defer the Moorside nuclear plant to 2025
The first reactor at the Moorside nuclear plant which NuGen is planning to build in Cumbria, in Great Britain will be delayed until “the end of 2025” and not in 2024 as previously expected.
