EDF to postpone the Flamanville reactor to 2018

French utility EDF announced on Thursday another delay for the EPR nuclear reactor it is building in Flamanville, Normandy to 2018 which should lead to additional costs of over 10 billion euros from an initial budget of 3 billion euros, according to the newspaper Le Figaro.
