The U.K government launched a new Carbon Plan which outlines its plans for reducing carbon emissions and highlights the need to move to low emissions vehicles, including electric cars. The plan was revealed yesterday by the deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg and Energy secretary, Chris Huhne.
