Bulgaria's year-to-date electricity generation increases by 14%, while consumption rises by 6.4%.

Bulgaria's electricity generation rose by 13.57% annually to 22,229 GWh from January 1 to July 13, according to the Electricity System Operator (ESO) report released on Monday.
Domestic electricity consumption increased by 6.4% year-on-year to about 20,701 GWh, as per ESO's weekly data.
The country's power trade surplus surged to 1,528 GWh during this period, up from 116 GWh the previous year.
On an annual basis, the amount of renewable energy in the transmission network increased by 19.91% to 2,091 GWh, while renewable energy in the distribution system rose by 25.4% to 2,172 GWh.
However, hydropower output fell by 23.8% compared to the previous year, totaling 1,580 GWh during the review period.
