The Bulgarian regulator has sanctioned a 4.3% monthly reduction in natural gas prices for December.

Bulgaria's energy regulator announced on Monday that it has approved a proposal from the public supplier Bulgargaz to reduce the wholesale natural gas price for December to 63.01 levs ($37.26/32.22 euro) per MWh.
The nation’s gas supply for December will be fulfilled by imports from Azerbaijan through the Greece-Bulgaria interconnector and liquefied natural gas (LNG) obtained through agreements with traders, according to a statement from the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC).
In November, the wholesale natural gas price was 65.82 levs per MWh, while in October it was 61.01 levs. This price excludes access and transmission fees, excise tax, and VAT.
