PNE has sold its 91MW wind portfolio to Qualitas.

PNE has transferred a six-project wind farm portfolio with a total capacity of approximately 91MW to Qualitas Energy Deutschland.

The transaction was finalized just before the end of 2025 and includes assets at various development stages, according to PNE.

Qualitas Energy mentioned that this deal reinforces the collaboration between the companies and contributes to its expansion strategy.

Roland Stanze, chief operating officer of PNE AG, expressed satisfaction in transferring this wind farm portfolio to Qualitas Energy.

He emphasized the importance of ensuring that their investors meet high quality standards and share a vision of transparent communication with owners, citizens, and authorities.

Johannes Overbeck, chief executive of Qualitas Energy Deutschland GmbH, noted that the acquisition aligns with the Qualitas Energy Group's consistent growth strategy.

He highlighted that the mix of projects at different development stages showcases their capability to quickly bring new capacity online and actively participate in the long-term energy transition.

Three wind farms will be transferred on a turnkey basis, which includes the 6MW Helenenberg project in Rhineland-Palatinate, the 27.8MW Welsche Lied site in Hesse, and the 6.8MW Zinndorf scheme in Brandenburg, all currently under construction.

The other assets consist of project rights for the 4.2MW Grosser Mittelberg wind farm in Hesse, the 33MW Herzhausen project, and the 13.2MW Odensachsen scheme.
