Nordex secures a 56MW contract in Germany.

Nordex Group has secured a 56MW order from Qualitas Energy Deutschland for the Wippershainer Höhe wind farm located near Bad Hersfeld in Hesse.

According to Nordex Group, the agreement includes the supply and installation of eight N163/6.X turbines on 164-meter hybrid towers, along with a 20-year Premium Full Service plan to maximize long-term performance and availability.

The company mentioned that the first turbine's installation is set for summer 2027, with the commissioning targeted for the end of that year.

The Wippershainer Höhe initiative is part of Qualitas Energy's extensive 3GW portfolio, which consists of over 100 projects across Germany.
