According to Seenews, Romania has given Lukoil Overseas Atash, a Dutch subsidiary of Russia's Lukoil, the green light to start drilling the Trident perimeter of the Romanian waters of the Black Sea, said the regulatory authority for offshore oil operations, ACROPO.

Equinor taps ABB to connect world’s largest offshore wind farm to UK grid
ABB has been selected by energy companies SSE Renewables and Equinor to supply its high-voltage direct current (HVDC) Light converter systems to connect the world’s largest offshore wind farms in the Dogger Bank region of the North Sea to the UK transmission network.

EIA: US net natural gas exports in 1H19 double year-ago levels for second year
From January through June of 2019, US net natural gas exports averaged 4.1 billion ft3/d, more than double the average net exports in 2018 (2.0 billion ft3/d), according to data in the US Energy Information Administration's (EIA) Natural Gas Monthly. The US became a net natural gas exporter (exported more than it imported) on an annual basis in 2017 for the first time in almost 60 years.

Daily (30.10.2019): NBP spot dipped by 4.7% on Tuesday due to low demand and firm supplies
Crude oil prices diverged slightly on Tuesday. Brent crude was almost flat at $61.59 a barrel amid signs that U.S.-China trade differences might temper in November and on expectations for a draw in the U.S. refined product inventories. In the meantime, predictions of a rise in the U.S. crude stocks and Russia’s reserved outlook for a potential crude output extension by OPEC+ pushed WTI futures 0.5% lower at $55.54 a barrel.
