Oil prices hiked on Tuesday as Wall Street grew sharply worried over possible military movements in the Middle East. Brent crude futures hit their peaks since 2014 adding $2.39, or 3.5%, to close at $71.04 a barrel. WTI futures rose by 3.3% to end at $65.51 a barrel.

Oil prices rose on Monday, supported by a recovery in the stock market as worries over a trade war between the United States and China eased. Brent crude added $1.54, or 2.3%, to close at $68.65 a barrel. WTI futures surged by 2.2% to settle at $63.42 a barrel.
