Gazprom to make an offer for Greek energy firm

Almost 17 bidders from 12 countries, including Gazprom, are bidding to acquire the Greek gas companies DEPA, the public gas supply corporation of Greece, and DESFA, a fully owned subsidiary of DEPA. At present, the Greek Republic owns a 65 % stake in the company and a 35 % stake is held by the refining company Hellenic Petroleum.

Daily: UK forward gas declines in line with crude oil

Brent and U.S. Crude futures continued to decline on Tuesday in post-settlement trading on the American Petroleum Institute declarations that U.S. crude and gasoline stocks posted a gain last week, though less than analysts expected, while distillate stocks dropped along the expectations.
