Daily: German power spot prices decline on solid wind and solar capacity

Brent crude increased on Monday, being backed by delays in North Sea production and reluctance about a proposal from Iran to negotiate the halting of higher grade uranium enrichment and as Brent's premium to U.S. crude hit its upper level in a year. Brent crude climbed $1.18, or 1.03 percent, to settle at $115.80 a barrel, after a trading ranged from $113.58 to $115.91.
