U.S. imposes high antidumping tariffs on Chinese solar panels
The U.S. Commerce Department (DOC) announced the imposition of antidumping tariffs of more than 31% to 250% on Chinese solar panels, after determining that exporters sold product in the US below its production costs. This move aims to protect US domestic solar firms.
