Daily – oil prices mixed on stronger dollar and on Iran’s threat to close the key pipeline

U.S. crude oil futures shed on Monday as stronger US dollar made the dollar-denominated asset costlier, while the drop was capped by supply worries after Iran’s threat to shut a key oil-shipping pipeline. By 00:23 GMT NYMEX crude for February delivery traded at 101.36 dollars a barrel down 20 cents.

Gamesa to start the 2012 with several new deals

Gamesa, a Madrid –based wind Energy Company, started the year by signing several contracts in order to strengthen its presence in the global energy market.
