UK to face legal action from EU

The British Government could face legal action from European Union over intentions to cut feed-in tariffs for PV systems and introduce energy efficiency requirements on buildings seeking for incentives. The EU Energy Commissioner, Günther Oettinger, considers also that EU could take legal action against any state which weakened its policies threatening thus the achievement of green energy targets.

EIB accused of disadvantaging renewable energy in favor of fossil fuels
