Shell to give up about 20 % of its stake in CSPC to gain 30 % stake of CNOOC Refinery
The reporters from China Daily newspaper announced on Tuesday that the oil giant, Royal Dutch Shell is negotiating to acquire a 30 % stake in a refining project. The project belongs to China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) and requires about $ 7.5 billion of investments.

RWE Innogy completes its wind power portfolio in Poland to 108 MW
A new wind farm Piecki was built in the northeastern part of Poland, with a total installed capacity of 32MW. It will produce annually about 60.000MWh of electricity which could supply 30.000 residential households with energy necessities and can cut emissions up to 60.000 tons of CO2.

A gas export agreement to be signed between Azerbaijan and Iran

OPEC should not convene an emergency meeting.
OPEC, the producer of 40 percent of the world's oil, doesn't need to gather for an emergency meeting to discuss any further reduction in oil production even if the price of crude oil hits $90 a barrel, Iran’s OPEC governor said.

Gazprom signs a 2 year LNG sales-purchase agreement with Gujarat State Petroleum
Gazprom Marketing & Trading Ltd (GM&T) branch in Singapore and India’s Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC) have concluded an agreement for the sale and purchase of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG).
