Germany to expedite approval processes for geothermal plants
Germany's economy ministry said on Friday it was drafting a law to expedite the approval processes for geothermal plants, heat pumps and heat storage systems, as Berlin aims to phase out fossil fuels in its heating system by 2045.

Daily (28.06.2024): Forward gas prices increased on Thursday, driven by a bullish LNG market amid growing competition
On Thursday, oil prices rose despite an increase in US crude inventories, driven by geopolitical risks in the Middle East. As a result, Brent crude climbed by 1.3%, closing at $86.39 a barrel. Similarly, WTI crude rose by 1% up at $81.74 a barrel.

French far-right would scrap CRE energy regulator
