Shell expects LNG supply shortage as demand soars

Poland: Modus Energy begins construction of 12 solar power plants

Daily (28.02.2018): UK day-ahead gas price jumped by over 33% on Tuesday due to cold weather and an undersupplied system

Oil prices declined on Tuesday, marking its first fall in five days, due to a firmer U.S. dollar and predictions that upcoming weekly data will indicate a rise in U.S. crude inventories. Brent crude dropped by 1.3% to end at $66.63 a barrel. WTI futures tumbled by 1.4% to close at $63.01 a barrel.

Daily (27.02.2018): German spot power price boosted by 103% on Monday as colder weather bolstered demand

Oil prices rose on Monday to almost a three-week peak hit a day earlier, due to signs of strong production cuts by OPEC and non-OPEC countries and an insignificant fall in U.S. output. Brent crude added 19 cents, or 0.3%, to end at $67.50 a barrel. WTI futures surged by 0.6% to settle at $63.91 a barrel.
