U.S crude for February shed 33 cents at 89.95 dollars a barrel by 12:05 GMT, while oil prices stayed at 90 dollars a barrel on Thursday. ICE Brent for February added 3 cent at 95.53 dollars per barrel, U.S. heating oil futures stayed at 2.5392 dollars, while gasoline rose 18 percent to 2.4496 dollars.

Visit to Britain of the Chinese Vice-Premier starts with energy proposals.
The Vice Premier of China, Li Keqianq, will have a four-day visit to Britain dealing with renewable energy that will include meetings with the Prime Minister of Britain, David Cameron, and also with The Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg, The Minister of Finance, George Osborne and the Foreign Minister, William Hague.
