Norway: wind farm to be built off Britain by Statoil and Statkraft
Norway's Statoil and Statkraft will construct the Dudgeon offshore wind farm off the coast of Norfolk in Britain, according to Statoil on Tuesday. It is estimated that the cost will be around 1.5 billion pounds ($2.57 billion).

Statoil remains at 2016 cost savings plan
Statoil remains loyal to its 2016 plans to reduce costs, without having public cost-saving goal for 2020, following Bloomberg’s report mentioning that Norwegian oil firm intends to cut costs in order to generate an extra $5 billion a year by 2020.

Statoil makes another oil and gas discovery in the North Sea
A new gas and oil discovery has been made by Norwegian oil major Statoil in the northern part of the North Sea, about 10 kilometers of the Valemon gas and condensate field presently under development, as stated by the company on Friday. It is the second substantial finding off Norway in two days.
