UK launched 25 billion fund for the construction of new biofuel plants
The Department for transport will present a fund of 25 million pounds which will be offered following a demonstration of the use of municipal waste and forestry residues or other advanced biofuel sources to produce fuels, helping UK to shift from fossil fuels as petrol and diesel.

World Bank to limit financing coal- fired power plants in the future
The World Bank has announced it will help countries to seek alternatives to coal power and will stop funding for new coal power generation projects.
