Daily (04.09.2018): Brent crude rose by almost 1% on Monday, ahead of the second wave of U.S. sanctions

Oil crude prices hiked on Monday, due rising concerns about reduced supplies globally after U.S. sanctions against Iran will be applied in late autumn. Brent crude price increased by 0.9% to $78.15 a barrel. Meanwhile, WTI crude price was 0.4% up at $70.09 a barrel, as stronger supply from OPEC and the US limited gains.

Protests In Iran Erupt While U.S. Sanctions Loom

A fresh wave of protests erupted in Iran over the weekend against the plunging value of the local currency and rising prices, in what some observers and analysts describe as the biggest protest in the capital Tehran since 2012, just before the previous sanctions on Iran were imposed.

Daily (07.02.2018): UK spot gas price rose by 2.7% on colder weather and higher demand

Oil declined for a third day in a row due to a selling wave that hit equities, bonds, cryptocurrencies and commodities, and amidst pressure from a rising dollar. Brent crude slumped by 1.1% to $66.86 per barrel. WTI ended 1.2% lower at 63.39$ per barrel.

Finnish clean energy company will provide a wave park in Bali

A 10MW wave energy park will be constructed in Bali by a Finnish clean energy firm, named Wello, which received first commercial wave energy park order from Gapura Energi Utama, an Indonesian infrastructure firm.
