New Colorado Legislative Act cuts permit fees for solar systems

A new Legislative act was yesterday passed by the state Senate of Colorado called Fair Permit Act (HB-1199) that reconsiders permit fees to clients installing solar or solar thermal equipments. The act averts local government agencies from charging excessive permit fees and aims a better transparency of the whole permits issue process.
