Daily (07.06.2018): WTI crude fell 1.2% on Wednesday due to a sudden increase in crude inventories

While Brent crude slipped on Wednesday, WTI crude slumped by more than 1% after the Energy Information Administration reported a sudden increase in US crude inventories. Brent oil was generally stable at $75.36 a barrel.

Daily (06.06.2018): Carbon prices tumbled again below the €16 level on Tuesday due to a bearish energy complex

Oil prices recovered slightly on Tuesday supported by industry data which indicated a decrease in U.S. crude inventories. Brent crude edged up by 0.1% at $75.38 a barrel. U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude jumped by 1.2% to close at $65.52.

Daily (05.06.2018): Bullish coal, gas and carbon markets boosted European power prices on Monday

Oil prices continued the downward evolution on Monday, as investors kept selling amid rising U.S. output, probable global supply growth and trade concerns. Brent crude futures declined by $1.50 a barrel, or 2 percent, to end at $75.29 a barrel. U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude dropped by 1.6% to close at $64.75.

Daily (04.06.2018): The French day-ahead power price tumbled by 38.7% on Friday due to lower demand

Oil prices fell on Friday, after U.S. President Donald Trump's declaration on trade boosted the dollar, reducing greenback-denominated commodities, including crude. Brent futures lost $0.8, or 1%, to end at $76.79 a barrel. WTI crude dropped by $1.23 a barrel to end at $65.81 a barrel.
