Daily: Crude oil prices tumble for fourth consecutive session after Iran stated won’t freeze output

Crude oil fell again on Monday after Iran said it has no plans to join any output freeze by other major crude producers and as the number of rigs drilling for crude in the United States remained steady after dipping for eight consecutive weeks. WTI's front-month eased 33 cents to settle at $48.08 a barrel, after plumbing a session low at $47.40. Brent's front-month lost 37 cents to close at $48.35, off the day's low of $47.58.

Egypt's gas projects will raise output to 5.5-6 billion cfd by end-2019

Egypt will raise its natural gas output to between 5.5 and 6 billion cubic feet per day by the end of 2019, as stated by Oil Minister Tarek El Molla on Sunday, or up from the existing production of 3.9 bln cubic ft per day.

Lithuania, Estonia trimmed gas imports from Russia

Lithuania reduced its imports from Russia by 63.2% in the first quarter of 2016 compared with a year earlier to 255 million cubic meters (mcm), as all major Lithuanian gas importers this year started to purchase gas from Norway's Statoil.

Daily: Europe prompt power prices increase on colder weather forecasts

Crude oil prices declined on Friday as a stronger dollar spurred investors to take profit on a second week of gains and a persistent supply concerns. Global benchmark Brent crude eased 9 cents to settle at $48.72 a barrel, while U.S. crude shed 41 cents to close at $47.75 per barrel.

Daily: British gas prices continue to decline on higher supplies, weaker oil

Crude oil prices ended flat on Thursday as concerns about Canadian and Nigerian supply outages curbed the impact of a firmer dollar, which has increased on expectations that the Federal Reserve will raise interest rates next month. Brent's front-month contract, for July delivery, eased 12 cents to settle at $48.81 a barrel. It had declined $1.55, or more than 3 percent, to $47.38 a barrel during the session. WTI's June contract fell 3 cents to end at $48.16 a barrel, expiring as the front-month. It slipped to $46.73 earlier.
