Daily (21.07.2021): Carbon prices hit a 4-week low following weak auction activity

Crude oil prices closed higher on Tuesday, as the new OPEC+ deal should provide some stability to the market over the coming months in spite of the higher output. As a result, Brent crude oil rose 1.1% to $69.35 a barrel and WTI crude ended up 1.2% to $67.20 a barrel.

Daily (13.07.2021): Electricity prices fell on Monday, tracking bearish gas and carbon markets

Oil prices dropped on Monday, on doubts over OPEC's ability to maintain production discipline and signs of reduced demand for black gold. Consequently, Brent crude slipped by 0.5% to $75.16 a barrel and WTI oil edged 0.6% lower at $74.10 a barrel.
