Oil prices declined sharply on Tuesday, as traders took profits after prices increased tto a two-year peak on an unscheduled closure of the pipeline that carries the largest North Sea crude oil grade. Brent crude settled down $1.35, or 2.1 percent, at $63.34 a barrel. U.S. crude ended at $57.14 a barrel, or 1.5 percent lower.

Romanian Green Oil and Lubes firm will have a recycling plant for waste lubricant oil. The $56 million project aims to transform oil waste into base oils so it might be reutilized in the automotive and industrial field. The 73,000 metric-tonne recycling site will be constructed in southern region of Romania, on Danube’s shore.
