Gazprom Export has for the 1st time supplied liquefied petroleum gas by rail from Russian Federation to the People’s Republic of China. This was done as part of the preparations for exports from the Amur gas processing plant, which is under construction at the moment.

Russia and Ukraine on the brink of gas war
After December 31, gas transit through Ukraine will continue under the following conditions: resumption of direct purchases of Russian gas and zeroing of mutual legal claims. Russia starts pumping gas into Turkish Stream pipeline
Gazprom has started filling the 1st leg of the offshore section of the Turkish Stream gas pipeline with gas, the project operator announced on October 18. This is the final stage of testing the pipeline before putting it into operation later this year, South Stream Transport said. It noted that the 1st deliveries are scheduled for the end of 2019.
