Dong targets to phase out coal-fired electricity generation by 2023

Crude oil prices tumbled less than 1 percent on Wednesday on figures showing an increase in U.S. crude stockpiles, reinforcing the view that oil prices are moving within a relatively tight range, spurred by expected OPEC production cuts, while dragged down by growing U.S. output.
