Italy: Ansaldo Energia to acquire British nuclear decommissioning company Nes

Italian power engineering firm Ansaldo Energia, controlled by the state, has consented to purchase British nuclear decommissioning company Nuclear Engineering Services (NES) for approximately 36 million euros ($49 million), as stated by Italy's state fund FSI.
