Bosnia's finance minister Vjekoslav Bevanda inked an agreement with German development bank KfW on Wednesday to financially back the construction of the Hrgud 48 MW wind farm. The loan is estimated at 60 million euros ($69.6 million).

Bosnia’s 300 MW coal-fired power plant Ugljevik had inked a 79 million euro ($87.6 million) deal with a consortium led by Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, a joint venture including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Hitachi, on the installment of desulfurization equipment at its power plant.
