Eni to buy stake in 1.2-GW Dogger Bank C offshore wind project

Italian oil-and-gas major Eni SpA (BIT:ENI) has entered into agreements with Norway’s Equinor ASA (NYSE:EQNR) and UK’s SSE Renewables to acquire a 20% stake in the 1.2-GW Dogger Bank C offshore wind project in UK waters, the trio said in separate announcements on Tuesday.

British utility SSE to exit Scotia Gas stake for $1.70 bln

Britain's SSE (SSE.L) on Monday agreed to sell its entire 33.3% stake in Scotia Gas Networks for 1.225 billion pounds ($1.70 billion) to a Canadian consortium of Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board and Brookfield Super-Core Infrastructure Partners.

Lukoil and BP eye Iraq upstream exit

Ismael said in a video posted to the oil ministry's Facebook page late yesterday that Lukoil has sent him a notification to sell its stake in the 13 bn bl West Qurna 2 field and that BP wanted to pull out of Rumaila, Iraq's single biggest producing field with a capacity of nearly 1.5mn b/d.
