Sweden on Friday said it has ratified the framework agreement for the International Solar Alliance, an initiative of India aimed at promoting renewable energy and sustainable development. Swedish Ambassador to India, Klas Molin, said Sweden is happy to join the International Solar Alliance (ISA).

Daily (20.07.2021): Oil prices slumped by around 7% on Monday as coronavirus cases increased worldwide

Oil prices plummeted on Monday, weighed by declining demand for black gold amid the coronavirus pandemic and the backdrop of the agreement on crude production between OPEC+ members. Brent oil tumbled by 6.8% to $68.62 a barrel and WTI crude lost 7.5% at $66.42 a barrel.

Daily (14.07.2021): Brent crude gained ground on Tuesday as OPEC impasse means tight supply

International Energy Agency report showed that the market should expect tighter supply for now due to disagreements among major producers. According to the same report, a strong recovery in demand was noticed during last month. Thus, Brent crude gained around 1.8% to end at $76.49 a barrel. The American crude rose by 1.6% to settle at $75.25 a barrel.
