Germany will likely build 2 terminals to import LNG, Economy Minister Peter Altmaier said as Oilprice reported, in a move to appease the U.S. while Berlin also supports the Russia-led Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, which has divided the EU member states in recent years.

PGNiG: Fiftieth LNG cargo arriving to Poland
On Sunday, January 27th 2019, PGNiG Polish Oil and Gas Company will receive another load of liquefied natural gas. It will be the 50th delivery to the President Lech Kaczyński LNG Terminal in Świnoujście. Thus the total LNG volume purchased so far by PGNiG will amount to approximately 5.7 bcm after regasification.

Gazprom brings energy security of Kaliningrad Region to new level
Gazprom makes comprehensive efforts to improve the reliability of gas supplies to the Kaliningrad Region. Gazprom carried out an alternative gas supply project focused on LNG deliveries by sea. A gas receiving terminal based in the Baltic Sea and onshore was built in the Kaliningrad Region.
