South Texas Electric Cooperative to double its wind power

Iberdrola Renewables, with headquarter in Portland, Ore, USA, plans to double its wind power capacity by extending an existing power purchase contract (PPC) with South Texas Electric Cooperative (STEC), an American wholesale electricity provider.
