Crude oil prices decreased by more than 1 percent on Tuesday and continued to tumble after settlement, dragged down by a massive increase in U.S. crude inventories. The strong recovery in U.S. shale production would complicate efforts by OPEC and other producers to cut the supply glut.

Npower rises energy prices by 9.8%
Energy provider Npower has made known about its intention to increase prices for householders by 9.8%, adding £109 to the average dual fuel yearly energy bill, rising it to £1,188. It includes a growth of 4.8% on gas and 15% on power.
