Daily: Crude oil rebounds on alleviated concerns about Iran, modest U.S. stockpiles rise

Crude oil prices recovered considerable on Monday, up more than 5 percent as traders reevaluated how fast Iran could ramp up exports after a preliminary nuclear deal and estimated that months-hike in U.S. crude stockpiles may be at a slow path. Oil broadened gains after industry intelligence group Genscape unveiled that inventories at Cushing, Oklahoma posted the lowest increase since November last week.

Daily: Crude oil prices down near 4% amid speculations on ongoing talks over Tehran nuclear program

Brent crude oil declined nearly 4 percent on Thursday on speculations that a preliminary deal between Iran and global powers on Tehran’s nuclear program could be signed, adding more crude to an already oversupplied global market. North Sea Brent crude futures decreased $2.15, or 3.8 percent, to settle at $54.95 a barrel, almost $1 above the session low. WTI crude futures declined 95 cents, or 2 percent, to close at $49.14 a barrel, after slipping nearly $2 earlier.

Daily: European spot prices recover as German wind storms faded

Crude oil boosted as much as 5 percent on Wednesday, breaking a three-session losing streak, as U.S. crude oil production declined for the first time in two months and the government unveiled a smaller- than- expected increase in weekly inventories. Futures of North Sea Brent increased by $1.99, or 3.6 percent, to settle at $57.10. WTI crude futures rose $2.49, or 5.2 percent, to close at $50.09 a barrel.

Daily: Crude oil declines for a third consecutive session on Iran nuclear negotiations

Crude oil declined for a third consecutive session on Tuesday, with Brent crude posting a 12 percent loss for the month, as world powers started to negotiate intensively a nuclear deal with Iran that could bring an additional 1 million barrels per day back online in the coming months. Brent oil dropped $1.18, or 2.1 percent, to settle at $55.11 a barrel, after decreasing to $54.72 during the session. WTI crude decreased $1.08, or 2.2 percent to close at $47.60, off its earlier low at $47.28.

Daily: British prompt gas prices decline on stronger flows, a supply glut in the system

Crude oil closed down for a second consecutive session on Monday as Iran and six world powers accelerated the pace of negotiations to reach a nuclear deal with Tehran that could ease Western sanctions and allow OPEC member to carry crude into an already flooded market. Benchmark Brent oil declined 12 cents to settle at $56.29 a barrel, after slipping $1.21 earlier. WTI crude dropped 19 cents to settle at $48.68, having fallen by $1.26 earlier.
