SPI Solar to build a 2 MW solar energy facility in Greece

Gamesa to start the 2012 with several new deals
Gamesa, a Madrid –based wind Energy Company, started the year by signing several contracts in order to strengthen its presence in the global energy market. The company signed an agreement with Iberdrola to provide onshore wind turbines until at least 2022, aimed to be installed for planned projects.

Suzlon to deliver 120 MW power in US
Suzlon Wind Energy Corporation, a North American subsidiary, has won a significant order for a project situated in the western part of the United States. The company will deliver 57 wind turbines generating 120 megawatt power in the third quarter of 2012.
