Daily: Crude oil rallies for a second consecutive day on U.S. inventory draw; gasoline at 7-month high

Oil hiked for a second straight day on Wednesday, with U.S. crude approaching to a one-month high and gasoline reaching its highest price since November, as a considerable U.S. stocks drawdown increased the outlook for summer fuel demand. U.S. crude inched up $1.29, or 2.1 percent, to close at $61.43 barrel, after touching a May 13 high of $61.82. Brent crude settled at $65.70, up 82 cents, or 1.3 percent. Its session peak was $66.36.

Daily: Europe power forward prices diverge tracking volatile fuel price trends

Crude oil prices declined by about 3 percent on Wednesday as traders and investors ignored a fifth consecutive weekly fall in U.S. crude inventories to concentrate instead on a big increase in distillates, including diesel as the peak season for road travel is arriving. Brent crude fell $1.69, or 2.6 percent, to close at $63.80 a barrel. U.S. crude tumbled 2.6 percent, or $1.62, to close at $59.64.

Daily: Crude oil prices rebound by 5 % on air strikes in Yemen

Crude oil prices boosted by about 5 percent on Thursday, the largest daily gain in a month as air strikes in Yemen triggered by Saudi Arabia and its Gulf Arab allies fueled fears that escalation of the Middle East conflict could disrupt world crude supplies. Brent crude soared $2.71, or 4.8 percent, to settle at $59.19 a barrel. WTI crude increased $2.22, or 4.5 percent, to close at $51.43, approaching 2015 highs.

British gas prices will decline since more LNG fuels coal competition
