Civilian nuclear deal enables U.S., Russia to develop nuclear reactors.

One of the practical application of a new civilian agreement between Russia and United States could be the common development of nuclear reactors, sustained a Russian lawmaker on Tuesday. The so-called 123 agreement which focuses on closer cooperation on nuclear research, production and trade entered into force on 9th of December.

Oil was up to around $82 per barrel on Monday due to the U.S. Federal Reserve commitment to start a new round of monetary stimulus this week, because of weaker dollar. At 10:52 GMT, U.S. crude for December increased at $82.14 per barrel, while ICE Brent increased by 76 cents arriving at $83.91 per barrel.

Oil was up above $80 per barrel on Wednesday, supported by a weaker dollar. At 11:04 GMT, U.S. crude for November, which expires later on Wednesday, increased at $80.40 per barrel, while ICE Brent crude climbed $1.07 arriving at $82.17 per barrel.

At 11:20 GMT, U.S. crude for November climbed to $82.70 per barrel, while ICE Brent for November increased by $0.92 arriving at $84.42 per barrel.
