Fluxys is considering taking a stake in TAP project

According to managing director at Fluxys, Walter Peeraer, the Belgian gas network operator is considering taking a share in the Trans Adriatic Pipeline Project. Fluxys may take part to the project if the Shah Deniz consortium decides whether it will carry gas to Italy (TAP) or to Austria (Nabucco WEST). In the case where TAP is selected, it is expected that Fluxys could join the project by August.

Norway to delay gas tariff cuts amid major protests

Mitsubishi Corporation (MC), Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (INCJ) and Solar Ventures have acquired 100% of Solar Holding, a company holding a total of 42 MWp of PV plants under operation in Italy.

2012 record year for new PV installations in Germany

The Federal Network Agency has recently published Germany’s photovoltaic installation data and the latest feed-in-tariff reduction figures for December and the whole last year. At the same time as December saw just 330 MW of new plants added, 2012 registered a new installation record, while FITs will decrease by 2.2% over the next three months.
