Daily: European front-month coal prices at two-month low on concerns about global supply glut
Brent crude has steadied at $99 per barrel on Wednesday on forecasts that the OPEC may curb the 2015 production. Brent dropped 25 cents to $98.80 a barrel and US crude was down 25 cents to close at $94.63.

Daily: European carbon plunges to six-week low on weak German power
Brent crude increased by more than $1, while WTI crude futures by more than 42 dollars on Tuesday, spurred by OPEC output cut forecast, as well as by weakening dollar and news that Libya had reduced production after rockets hit an area near the Zawiya refinery. Brent crude for November delivery boosted $1.17 to close at $99.05 a barrel. The front-month U.S. October crude rose $1.96 to settle at $94.88 a barrel.

Daily: Brent hits the lowest level in over two years on weak economic data from China
Brent crude dropped below $97 per barrel on Monday, touching its weakest level in over two years, dragged down by pessimistic Chinese economic data which slashed outlook for demand at a time of plentiful supply. The Brent contract for October delivery, which expired on Monday, eased at $96.21 a barrel, the lowest level since July 2012, while the Brent contract for November delivery tumbled 8 cents a barrel to settle at $97.88. U.S. crude boosted 65 cents to finish at $92.92 a barrel.

Daily: Thermal coal prices drop on lower demand
Brent crude decreased under $97 per barrel on Monday, a more than two-year low, since flat economic data from China, the world's major energy consumer, spread a shadow on the outlook for oil demand among plentiful global supplies.
