Germany seeks to link all wind parks in North Sea
The German government said on Monday that it wants to set up a new power line network to connect its own offshore wind parks with those of its North Sea neighbours in order to eliminate bottlenecks in the European energy market. Governments in northwestern Europe are hoping that wind power at sea will provide a large share of their future clean energy needs.

Bulgaria begins work on Serbia gas link, sees operations by year-end
Bulgaria began construction on Wednesday of a long-delayed natural gas link with neighbouring Serbia that will allow flows of non-Russian gas to Belgrade and boost the security of supplies in southeastern Europe.

French gas operator GRTgaz seeks interest in building hydrogen pipeline
French gas transmission system operator GRTgaz on Thursday opened a Call for Interest, or invitation to participate, to determine the viability of building a hydrogen transport pipeline linking the French side of the Franco-Spanish pipeline BarMar with a local storage facility.
