Oil prices fell on Friday as Saudi Arabia made assurances on supply. Brent crude dropped 0.79 cents, or 1%, to close at $78.51 a barrel. WTI futures edged $0.21, or 0.3% down at $71.28 a barrel.

Daily (16.05.2018): NBP day-ahead gas contract lost 1.4% on Tuesday due to an oversupplied system

Oil prices surged on Tuesday on concerns that U.S. sanctions on Iran might limit crude exports from one of the most important producers in the Middle East. Brent futures added $0.2, or 0.3%, to close at $78.43 a barrel. WTI crude gained $0.35, or 0.5%, to end to $71.31.
