Daily: British wholesale natural gas prices slip on warmer temperatures, curbed demand

Brent crude dropped on Monday, falling below $86 a barrel as concerns about oversupply and weak demand dragged down worldwide oil benchmark back to last week’s four-year low. WTI crude hovered below $83 a barrel. Brent settled as low as $84.41, after having dropped 69 cents at $85.47 a barrel by 1945 GMT. U.S. crude declined 4 cents to close at $82.71 a barrel. The spread between Brent and U.S. crude extended at $3.39 a barrel.

Eni signs cooperation deal with Kogas for liquefied natural gas operations

Eni signed a collaboration accord with Korea Gas Corporation (KOGAS) to further reinforce their relationship in a number of areas, mainly in the upstream and LNG sectors. The deal will permit the firms to jointly track opportunities globally.

BP to resume North Sea gas field half-possessed by Iran

BP will resume the Rhum gas field in the UK North Sea, half-possessed by Iran's National Oil Company, four years after the field was closed because of Western sanctions, as stated by a BP spokesman on Friday.
