Commissioning of the unit 4 of Korean Shin Kori nuclear plant delayed
The finalization of the unit 4 of the Shin Kori nuclear power plant has been postponed by ten months due to design enhancement and additional seismic assessment work. The operation of the plant is now expected to start in 2018.

Italy: first gas field at Bezzecca in northern Italy to be developed by Saffron Energy
The Italian Ministry of Economic Development (UNMIG) greenlighted Italian oil producer Saffron Energy to start gas production at the Bezzecca gas field on 11 April 2017. Commissioning and gas production will commence in the coming days.
