France refineries to resume its activity

Fuel deliveries, restarted at 4 of France’s 12 oil refineries Tuesday, help to consolidate shortages of petrol. Exxon Mobil restarted the refined products deliveries stored at Fos-sur-Mer and Port-Jerome refineries, and at Petroplus' Reichstett plant, after workers decided to end their protests.

Belarus looking for oil imports through Latvia.

Belarus is trying to find solutions to import Venezuela crude, as it has entered negotiations with Latvia. Two test loadings have already been delivered to Belarus through Latvian and Estonian ports; thereby Minsk showed its interest in further cooperation with Latvia.
