Oil prices saw a slight rebound following the sharp decline on Wednesday as investors eagerly anticipated the release of first-quarter growth figures for the United States, the world's largest consume. Brent crude saw a 1% increase day-on-day, ending at $78.37, while WTI crude rose by 0.6% to settle at $74.76 a barrel.

Denmark launches world’s first Power-to-X tender

The Danish Energy Agency (DEA) has invited bids to build and operate Power-to-X projects with a deadline for applications set to 1 September. Through the tender – the first of this kind in both Denmark and the world – the country has made available DKK 1.25 billion (approximately €167.7 million) in state support for the production of Power-to-X in the form of green hydrogen.

Orsted says huge UK Hornsea 3 wind project at risk without government action
