Gamesa increased its sales in the first half of 2011
Gamesa sold its first MW of capacity in Brazil during the first half of 2011, while its whole sales were made outside Spain. The company’s revenue accounted 1,297 million euros in the first half of the year, with an increase in wind-turbine sales by 29%.

New wind turbines to capture more energy
A recently research made by the specialists at the California Institute of Technology showed that the old design of wind farms needs to be remade as to use maximum efficiency that will lift the power output from the wind farms.
