EDF Energies Nouvelles to acquire the wind energy portfolio of Séchilienne Sidec in France

EDF Energies Nouvelles (EDF EN) has bought the wind energy portfolio for a total of 56.5MW from the independent energy producer Séchilienne-Sidec. The deal is part of Sechilienne- Sidec’s drive to focus on biomass and solar power generation. Rosneft envisages doubling China oil deliveries in exchange for an oil-for-loan deal
