Netherlands starts work on enabling further 10 GW of offshore wind by 2030
The Dutch State Secretary for Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius, has announced the start of spatial planning procedures for cable routes that would connect more than 10 GW of the country’s planned additional offshore wind capacity to the national grid.

RWE wins tender to build Denmark's largest ever offshore wind farm
Germany's RWE on Wednesday won a tender to build what will be Denmark's largest wind farm, The Danish Energy Agency said, adding that this will be the world's first offshore wind farm constructed with actual payments to the state.

Denmark signs deals to facilitate wind power links to Germany and Belgium
Danish grid operator Energinet signed deals on Tuesday with Belgium's Elia and Germany's 50Hertz that move Denmark closer to building two sea links connecting its offshore wind turbines to Germany and Belgium to boost the flow of green energy in the region.
